These are the children that make up the Mother Charles Walker Children’s Home.  They are brought to the Home by good Samaritans who find them sometimes abandoned and in very bad state; the Mother Charles Walker Children’s Home rescues and accommodates them.  Some are picked up from bus stops; while others are babies who have lost their mothers during child-birth in the hospital which is very close to the Home. Some of these children are those whose parents are mentally ill.
